The 11th Annual George W. Snear Girls' Holiday Basketball Tournament is quickly approaching. Conicelli Autoplex is once again a Sponsor of the competition, which will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, with the consolation and championship game on Wednesday, December 28.

Four local teams will be competing: Norristown Area High School, Agnes Irwin, Nazareth Academy, and Lower Merion.
 

Just in time for the cold weather, another 1,700 new winter coats for needy kids are being given to these local community organizations by the Conicelli dealerships in Conshohocken and Springfield:

500 coats to Carson Valley Children's Aid in Flourtown
330 coats to Frederick Douglass School is Chester
270 coats to Macedonia Baptist Church is Norristown
305 coats to Norristown School District in Norristown
110 coats to Colonial Neighborhood Council in Conshohocken
100 coats to Peace and Shake
85 coats to North Light Community Center in Manayunk

The Travis Manion Foundation 9/11 Heroes Run will be held on September 11, 2022, at 9 a.m. at Rustin High School in West Chester.

Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) unites communities to strengthen America's national character by empowering veterans and families of fallen heroes to develop and lead future generations.

Since 2008, the event has united communities across the country to remember and honor the sacrifices of September 11, 2001. In over 90 communities each September, veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilians come together...
