I regularly have my Altima serviced by Conicelli Nissan, and was there again 5/29/13. The staff are always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. This is a large draw for me, as is the shuttle service. Customers are treated with respect, with the need for particular repairs clearly explained. Sensitivity for the customer's time and wallet is consistently on display. On this particular occasion, one staff member went beyond the call of duty. I had paid the charges and left with my vehicle, at the end of the business day, when I realized I had somehow misplaced my wallet. Thinking I had left it at the cashier's desk, I hurried back to the dealership, only to be told by Cashier "Kerry" that the wallet had not surfaced.
Kerry must have seen the distress on my face. Rather than prepare to head home herself (and leave me to my own devices), Kerry accompanied me to the parking lot, in search of the wallet. I was by this point frazzled, but Kerry remained calm. Ultimately, she was the one to locate the wallet... under my seat.
This may seem a small incident. My mother though has been gravely ill for months. It was urgent that I leave for New York the following morning. Kerry's kindness made that possible. It meant a great deal.
Without question, Conicelli Nissan is a dealership with heart. Consider me a highly satisfied customer -- one of many, I'm sure.
